Birdie Bean Mix
In a 6 Quart pan, mix 3 cups of 12 bean soup, or a combination of any of the following beans:

Black-eyed peas
Green split peas
Small white beans
Navy beans
Yellow split peas
Barley beans

Lentils Soak one hour in water. Add one teaspoon fresh garlic or garlic powder and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer about 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally, & adding water as needed to mixture. Add two cups of brown rice and approximately 20 ounces of mixed vegetables.

(This could include corn, carrots, sweet potatoes, broccoli, squash, etc.) Boil until the vegetables and rice are cooked and the beans are soft. Strain and cool. Mash and mix thoroughly. Freeze daily servings in separate bags; defrost as needed. Add one hard boiled egg, mashed, to room temperature mixture before serving.
