Butterscotch Sweet Potato Casserole
Use 3 cups sweet potatoes that have been boiled, drained and mashed. Add:
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. milk
1 (3 oz.) box instant butterscotch puddingPlace in casserole; bake at 325 degrees until nearly firm in center. This could also be baked in an unbaked pie shell

To easily remove burnt on food from your skillet, simply add a drop or two of dish soap and enough water to cover the bottom of the pan, and bring to a boil on stove-top-skillet will be much easier to clean now.
