1 pound crab meat
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 ounces shredded Cheddar
1 ounce chili sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon horseradish
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Combine all ingredients; mix well. Chill 1 hour or more. Serve with crackers, pita chips or tortilla chips. Serves 8.
