Clam Sauce
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, crushed or minced
1 tbsp. olive oil
21 oz. canned minced clams (reserve broth)
1 tsp. oregano

Saute onion and garlic lightly in oil. Add clam broth and oregano, simmer covered for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add clams. Serve over pasta. Serves 4.

This large, shiny pole bean is another variety of the Scarlet Runner Bean. It is excellent in taste, and holds its shape and color when cooked. It has been described as very sweet with a deep flavor as if it contains a natural wine.
