Demo Dip
1 can (10 1/2-oz) Campbell's Tomato Soup
8 oz. cream cheese
3 oz. pkg. lemon gelatin
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
4 oz. can chopped pimiento
3 small bunches green onions, chopped and include some of the green
Salt and pepper to taste

Heat soup and gelatin; stir until dissolved. Cool. Put in blender and add cream cheese. Blend well. Put in bowl and add rest of ingredients. Chill. Serve with large corn chips ( those scooper kind). or crackers. Don't chop the veggies in the processor ...it makes the dip real runny.  Chop them and drain on a paper towel first.
