Easy Spinach Dip
12 oz. cooked spinach, chopped
1 pkg. dried leek soupmix (dried soup mix sufficient to make 4 cups of soup)
1½ c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 scallion (green onion)

Cook or thaw the spinach, then squeeze it dry. Mix the spinach with the mayonnaise, sour cream, green onion, and soup mix. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving. Makes 2 cups

Bratwurst is a classic German pork and veal sausage, seasoned with herbs and spices such as ginger, marjoram, nutmeg, caraway or coriander. They should be grilled or fried before serving. Both Sheboygan, Wisconsin and Bucyrus, Ohio claim to be the Bratwurst Capital of the World.  The much smaller town of Bucyrus, however, has a much larger annual Bratwurst Festival. Sheboygan is home to the largest bratwurst manufacturer.
