Fluffy Hard Sauce
2 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 beaten egg yoke
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg white

In mixer bowl cream together sugar and butter. Beat in egg yolk and vanilla. Set aside. Beat egg white till stiff peaks form. Gently fold into butter mixture. Makes 1-3/4 cups.
