Mushroom Nut Spread
2 onions, chopped fine
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tbsps. oil
1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
salt and pepper to taste (optional)
pinch thyme
2 tbsps. chopped walnuts

Saute onions and garlic in oil until golden, add mushrooms, seasoning, and nuts, and saute until mushrooms are tender. Place mushroom mixture in blender and blend until smooth.
