Strawberry Butter
One 10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
1 c. butter, softened
1 c. sifted powdered sugar
In a blender combine all ingredients. Cover and blend on
high speed until smooth and creamy. Makes 2-1/2 cups.
