Tomato Garlic Dressing
1 egg yolk
3 ripe tomatoes, quartered
2 cloves garlic, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsps. vinegar
1/2 c. oil

Place all ingredients in blender and process until smooth. Makes 2 cups.
