1 c. cottage cheese
1/8 tsp. dill weed
1/2 c. shredded swiss cheese
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
1/4 c. shredded carrots
1 tbsps. milk
1/4 c. unsalted sunflower seeds
In a blender combine cheeses, milk, dill and pepper. Process until smooth. Stir in carrots. Cover and chill. Just before serving, stir in sunflower seeds. Makes 1 3/4 cups.
