This easy snack mix has a marvelous flavor and taste. It is very simple to make and is surprisingly good in its simplicity. It is a great healthy alternative to some of the other butter laden or starchy snack mixes.
· 1 1/2 cups golden raisins
· 1 1/2 cups pecans
· 1 1/2 cups dried apple pieces
· 1 1/2 cups dried pear pieces
· 1 cup dried cranberries
· 1/2 cup dried cherries
· 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Mix all of the ingredients together (I just throw them in a large plastic bag or storage container and shake until mixed). Bake for ten minutes. Serve or cool and store in a tightly sealed container.
