Chile N Cheese Roll - Ups
4 ounces nonfat cream cheese, softened
1 cup lowfat cheddar cheese, shredded
4 ounces green chiles, (Ortega) diced
1/2 cup green onions, sliced
1/2 cup olives, chopped
4 6 inch nonfat flour tortillas

In bowl, blend cheeses, chilies, onions & olives.  Spread 1/2 cup mixture on each tortilla. Roll up each tortilla jelly roll fashion. Warp each roll in plastic warp. Chill at least 1 hour. To serve, cut each roll into 12 (1/2-inch thick) slices. Serves 8
