Stuffed Broiled Mushrooms
1 lb. laarge mushrooms
1-4 oz. can chopped clams, drained (reserve broth)
2 tbsps. bread crumbs
1 tbsps. chopped fresh dill or parsley
grated cheese (cheddar, parmesan, Swiss)
Remove stems from mushrooms. Chop stems. Combine clams, bread crumbs, dill or parsley, mushroom stems, and enough cklam broth for a moist consistancy. Stuff mushroom caps with mixture and sprinkle cheese on top.
Place under broiler for 15 minutes. Serves 4-6

To seed an avocado cut the avocado in half. Hit the seed with the sharp edge of a knife. Grasp the fruit, then twist the knife to loosen and remove the seed.
