Peaches and Cream Punch
4 cups boiling water
6 tea bags
48 oz. chilled peach nectar
2 cups chilled seltzer water
2 cups vanilla frozen yogurt
4 peaches, sliced thinly

Steep the tea bags in the hot water for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags and chill for 2 hours. Mix the tea, peach nectar, and seltzer water together in a large chilled punch bowl. Float scoops of the frozen yogurt and peach slices on the top of the punch.

Chef's Note: If you would like to add a bit more punch to this punch, use 2 cups champagne instead of the seltzer water and add some peach schnapps to taste
