Watermelon Smoothies
6 cups watermelon chunks, seeded
1 ripe banana, chopped
4 cups apricot nectar
1 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice

Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs, if desired.
