1 (1lb.) roll Bob Evan Farms Original Recipe Sausage
8 eggs
10 slices bread, cubed (about 10 c)
3c. milk
2c. shredded cheddar cheese (about 8 oz)
2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms(about 8 oz)
1(10oz)pkg frozen asparagus,thawed and drained**not sure if kids are gonna like this for breakfast...lol
2 TBL margarine or butter,melted
2 TBL flour
1 Tbl dry mustard
2 tsp. basil
1 tsp salt
In large skillet,brown sausage, drain. In large bowl,beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients,mix well. Spoon into greased 13x9 baking pan. Cover,refridgerate 8 hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 60-70 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Refrigerate leftovers.
