1 tbsp. melted butter
2/3 c. milk
2 egg yolks
2 egg whites
1/4 c. thick cream
1 tsp. baking powder
2/4 c. flour
Mix flour, baking powder, milk, and egg yolks into nice smooth batter. Add the cream and melted butter. Add the whites of eggs beaten stiff. Fry in 8-12" frying pan. When fried, put on jam of any kind, then fold in four and serve.
