CREAM CHEESE BROWNIES
2 18-ounce rolls slice and bake chocolate chip cookies
2 8-ounce packages of cream cheese
2 eggs
1/3 cup sugar
1 Tablespoon vanilla

Keep cookie dough refrigerated until ready to use. Let cream cheese soften at room temperature. Line a 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan with foil. Lightly spray with Pam. Combine cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla in a bowl, and beat until well blended. Slice one roll of cookies into slices. Crumble slices into bottom of pan, working your way up the sides. Use a large piece of plastic wrap to press slices flat forming the bottom crust.

Pour cream cheese mixture onto bottom crust. Spread evenly. Slice remaining roll of cookies. Crumble slices on top of cream cheese mixture covering well. Bake at 350° for about 35-40 minutes or until cheese is set and cookies are brown. Remove from oven, chill and cut into squares.
