When grinding nuts in a blender or food processor, add a tablespoon of sugar or flour to each 1/2 cup of nuts to keep them from "clumping" or forming a paste.

Micro Brownies
3 (1 oz) squares unsweetened chocolate
1/4 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light Margarine
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 cups Splenda Granular
2 eggs or equivalent in egg substitute
1 tbsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp table salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Spray an 8x8 inch microwave safe baking dish with butter-flavored cooking  spray. In a large microwave safe mixing bowl, melt chocolate on DEFROST setting  for 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, or until mixture is smooth. Stir in margarine, applesauce, and Splenda. Add eggs, vanilla extract, flour, salt and  baking powder. Mix well to combine. Fold in walnuts. Evenly spread batter into  prepared baking dish. Microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes or until center feels firm  to touch.  Place baking dish on counter and let set for 30 minutes.

Cut  into 16 bars.
Serve 8 (2 each)
