Each banana plant bears only one stem of fruit. To produce a new stem, only two shoots known as the daughter and the granddaughter are allowed to grow and be cultivated from the main plant.

Microwave Peanut Butter Fudge
12 ozs vanilla candy coating (bark) (this is usually 6 squares)
1 cup smooth peanut butter
1 14oz can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 tsp vanilla

Put candy coating in large microwave safe bowl and pour condensed milk over it.  Microwave on high for 3 1/2 minutes.  Remove from microwave *** CAREFUL! bowl will be very hot!! Add peanut butter and vanilla and beat until smooth. Pour into greased, foil lined pan.

I use the character cake pans when making fudge for gifts.  Turn the pan upside down and work the foil over the bottom with a towel.  Turn the pan over and insert the foil - smooth it down into all the crevasses.  Grease with cooking spray.  Have this ready to go - the fudge sets up pretty fast.

You can shock the fudge in the freezer for half an hour to speed things up.

Variations (replace peanut butter with any of the following):

*Praline - (use white bark) 1 cup brown sugar and 1 cup pecans

*Chocolate - (use chocolate bark) 1 cup chocolate chips

*Chocolate caramel - (use chocolate bark) 1 cup caramels  (can be cooked with the bark)

*Orange, lemon, raspberry, etc. (great at Easter or picnics) - (use vanilla bark) 1 cup white chips, replace vanilla with fruit flavor extract.

*Rocky Road - add mini marshmallows and nuts to chocolate.
