6 large whole potabello mushroom caps, stem removed
1 bottle fat free italian dressing
Favorite 'burger' toppings and condiments
6 'burger' buns
Marinate mushroom caps in Italian dressing for at least an hour, but no longer than three hours.
Heat grill to medium heat, place mushroom caps on grill and cook until tender remembering to rotate to get nice grill marks.
Place 'burgers' on buns, top with favorite toppings and condiments and enjoy.
A nice fresh tossed or pasta salad and some baked beans make this a fabulous summer/picnic meal.
