Honey Chicken
3 pounds chicken, cut up
1 cup honey
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt

In saucepan, mix honey and butter and heat until  bubbly. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice and salt. Baste chicken with mixture. Bake at 325F for 1-1/2 - 2 hours, grill or cook in  crockpot, adjusting the cooking time as needed. Baste with sauce about every half hour.

A quick way to separate frozen  vegetables is to pour boiling water over them through a colander and  then add them to  your casserole or pot to finish cooking.
