4 T. dried basil
4 T. dried rubbed sage
4 T. dried thyme
4 tsp. cracked black pepper
4 tsp.dried savory
1 tsp.dried lemon peel
In a spice grinder or blender, whirl the herbs until coarsely ground.
Store in an airtight jar, at room temperature.
