Take a couple of stalks of fresh Rosemary ( or 1 teaspoonful of essential oil) place in a quart mason jar.
Fill to the brim of the jar with Apple Cider Vinegar
Store in a dark place (such as a closet) for 2 weeks.
At the end of 2 weeks, remove from storage place
( If using fresh herb, strain the herb out of the vinegar)
pour into a spray bottle and use to clean Kitchen counters and tables. The Rosemary kills bacteria and
E Coli besides leaving a fresh smell for your kitchen!
If the day and the night are such that you greet them with joy, and life emits a fragrance like flowers and sweet-scented herbs, more elastic, more starry, more immortal - that is your success.
Henry David Thoreau
