Cranberry Relish
2 c. raw cranberries
1 small onion
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. prepared white horseradish

Grind the onion and cranberries together. Add all the other ingredients and mix well. Put in a plastic container and freeze. One hour before serving, move to the refrigerator to soften. Makes 3 cups

Quick Breakfast Smoothie: Put all your fruit, milk, silken tofu, or yogurt in the blender pitcher and store the pitcher in the refrigerator overnight. (You can even prechop a banana. It will brown, but that will not affect the flavor of the shake.) In the morning, set it on the blender and press a button for breakfast.
