Five Cup Salad
1 c Miniature marshmallows
1 c Mandarin orange sections
1 c Sour cream
1 c Shredded coconut
1 c Pineapple chunks (drained)
Mix together. Chill before serving.

Choron sauce was created by Alexander Etienne Choron, a French chef from Caen who was chef de cuisine at the famous Voisin restaurant in Paris during the late 19th century. Choron sauce is Béarnaise sauce (sometimes Hollandaise) with tomato puree.
