1 lb. ground beef
3 c. water
1 16 oz. can kidney beans
4 beef bouillon cubes
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 28 oz. can chopped tomatoes
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
In dutch oven, brown beef. Add all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1 hour. Add some chopped parsley if desired.
