1/2 lb ground beef, browned and drained
3/4 C onion
3/4 C shredded carrots
4 C Diced potatoes
3 C chicken broth (I used two cans)
4 T butter
1/2 C flour
1 1/2 C milk
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 C sour cream
8 oz Cheese shredded
Combine browned ground beef, onion, carrots, potatoes and chicken broth. Cook until potatoes are soft. Combine butter, flour, milk, salt, pepper, sour cream and cheese in saucepan. Heat until smooth. Add to the beef mixture and heat until hot.
