Creamy Chicken or Turkey Potato Soup
4 cups diced potatoes
1 med onion
1/4 c vegetable oil
1 1/2 c  chopped cooked chicken or turkey 
1 1/2 c  chicken or turkey broth
2 tsp  parsley flakes
2 tsp salt
1 tall can (12 fl ounces) Pet evaporated milk

In large saucepan, cook potatoes and onion in hot oil just until potatoes begin to brown. Add chicken or turkey, parsley, salt and broth. Bring mixture to a boil. Lower heat, cover and simmer about 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir in evaported milk. Heat soup until steaming, but  DO NOT BOIL.
Avoid fruit and nuts.  You are what you eat.
