28 oz chicken broth
1 bulb garlic (about 15 cloves)
5 sprigs parsley, minced
6 sprigs cilantro, minced
1 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp minced mint leaves
1 tsp minced sweet basil leaves
1 tsp curry powder
Peel the garlic cloves, and place with the other ingredients in a pan without a lid. Boil, then simmer for about 30 minutes. The infusion can then be filtered free of solid consituents. Alternatively, the garlic and herbs can be griund up and left in the soup. It may be preferable to grind up all the herbs and add them to the chicken broth initially.
