1 cup of ground meat (lamb, chicken, sirloin, turkey or salmon)
2 cups of grain e.g.: basmati rice, brown rice, oatmeal, whole wheat past or potato (it is beneficial to combine several grains in one recipe )
1/2 cup grated fresh veggies...zucchini, carrots, cabbage, broccoli
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove fresh garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh parsley
water or low salt chicken broth

Notes
This can be fed alone with supplements or on top of a premium dry food.

Method
Cook grain (s) according to package directions. Add 1-2 cups of water or low salt broth to meat and cook until no longer pink. Put everything together and add veggies last....you want them RAW to feed. Mix well and freeze in individual containers, keeping about 2 days worth out at a time.
