1 cup flavored or non flavored oats
1/2 or 1/3 cup water depending on consistency, chewy or crunchy
2 to 3 baby carrots
Handful raisins or small apple chunks
1 teaspoon butter
1/3 cup brown sugar
Mix ingredients. Roll into balls or flatten and cut into shapes. Place on buttered cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes
