1 extra large carrot
Apple chunks, optional
2 tablespoons peanut butter
3 tablespoons honey
Powdered sugar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Hollow the carrot so that it looks like a small canoe. Spread honey all over the outside of the carrot, and roll it in powdered sugar. Spread the peanut butter inside the hollowed part. Sprinkle brown sugar on top of the peanut butter. If you want to use apple chunks, scatter them on top of the brown sugar. Drizzle honey on top of the brown sugar.
