1 1/2 cup of molasses
3 large carrots
2 apples
2 cups of dry oatmeal
Slice carrots with cheese grader and mix well with molasses. Slowly add the oatmeal and set aside. Cut apples as small as you can, and add it to the oatmeal combination. Mix well. Roll a little mixture at a time into a ball. Flatten like a cookie. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Lightly sprinkle with sugar (optional). Horses love them!

In Nebraska motorists must send up warning rockets and Roman candles when approaching a horse. After the rockets, a scenic tarp must be thrown over the car to conceal it from the horse and soothe him. If that doesn't work, the machine must be taken apart and the parts hidden in the grass.
