1-1/2 cup bran
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup of molasses
2 tablespoons corn oil (it can be any vegetable oil)
1 egg, beaten
Stir together bran, flour, soda, and baking powder. Mix in milk, molasses, oil, and the egg. Bake in GREASED muffin tins at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Your horses might fight over these cookies
