1/3 cup oats
1/3 cup sweet feed
1/3 cup molasses
1/3 cup flour
Directions: Mix ingredients in a bowl as listed. Take tin foil and mold into a rectangle about 2 inches wide and about 6 inches long with sides about an inch and a half high. Spray tin foil with Pam. Scoop ingredients into tin foil. Put on a pan and place in the oven. Bake at 350 degrees for about 22 minutes. Let cool in the freezer for 15 minutes. Turn tin foil over and the bar should fall out. Makes 1 bar.
