1/2 cup of flour
1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
1/4 cup of oil
1/4 cup of granulated sugar
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1 tablespoon of milk
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla
1/2 cups of uncooked regular Quaker Oats oatmeal
1 1/2 grated carrots

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Don't grease the cookie sheet. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake for about 15 minutes. After baked, let it cool and sit out for about 1 hour. Put in a plastic baggie and store at room temperature. Then serve and let your horse enjoy.
