Ingredients:
1 and 1/2 cups sweetfeed
1 and 1/2 cups oats
1 and 2/3 cups flour
3/4 cup molasses
1 and 1/2 cups water, add more as needed
4 tablespoons crushed peppermints
1 and 1/2 cups crushed rice chex
Instructions:
Mix all the dry ingredients together. Then add the molasses and water. Using an electric mixer helps, the dough is quite thick. Plop on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 - 15 minutes. Refrigerate in between batches and mix often
