1 large hollowed apple
1 1/2 - 2 tablespoons oatmeal, uncooked
1 1/2 tablespoons molasses
1 - 2 tablespoons grain
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 grated baby carrot, optional
Mix together the oatmeal, brown sugar, grain, carrot and scoop into apple. Drizzle molasses on the top
