My Newest Birds
Nora & Nickie
I would like to introduce you to my new birds. Nickie and Nora. I got them from a good friend of mine and I am so proud of them. I don't have any pictures of them yet but the photos above look a lot like mine.
Nora is sweet natured and easy to handle. She is yellow with gray & silver markings on her wings.
Nickie on the other hand is agressive and doesn't like to be touched at all. But I am slowly working with him and his personality is slowly changing for the better. He is very dark green with white markings on his wings.
When I got them, the first thing I did was search the net for any information I could find n them. Below you will find links to some of my favorite sites.

The Kiwi, national bird of New Zealand, can't fly. It lives in a hole in the ground, is almost blind and lays only one egg each year. Despite this, it has survived for more than 10 thousand years.
